Osteopathy is a registered profession which diagnoses, treats and rehabilitates a wide range of medical problems. Although best known for treating back pain and sporting injuries, osteopathy is helpful in a much larger range of conditions involving all parts of the body. As an Osteopath I work with the structure of the body to improve its function, normalise movement and reduce pain. Using a wide variety of techniques I will remove obstacles to health and allow healing to occur.  As each person is different, each treatment will be individual and tailored for you.

My focus is always to restore health. This means finding the cause of the problem and removing it, not just treating the symptoms. This is achieved by working alongside you, the patient to provide an individual treatment plan which will improve your health and help you keep it that way.
